Our advice: The new Nissan LEAF GEN 2 AZE1 is only supplied with a Type 2 to Type 2 cable from the dealers. This means that, at minimum, you will need to purchase a portable charger to be able to charge your Nissan LEAF at home or anywhere for that matter. You may further want to invest in a wall charger, such as a Zappi, to reduce charging times and to charge directly from your solar panels.

Furthermore, you may want to invest in a type 1 to type 2 adaptor cable as you will need this to be able to charge from the many legacy (chargepoint) Type 1 charging stations across the country. Feel free to call us on the numbers above should you require any further help with any of this.
